If members would like to protect their IP rights effectively, documents about their IP rights have to be filed under our scheme. Applications have to be made through recognized solicitors by HKBPA. Charges are determined by respective solicitors and each application charges $500 for recordation, please marked your cheque payable to "The Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong". 

Recognized solicitors must complete the Module 3: Hong Kong Design and Copyright Law and Module 4: HK & PRC Trademark Law and Practice of The Certicate of IP Laws and Pracitce (CIPL). Please contact HKBPA for details.
