The ‘Fast Action Scheme’ is jointly held by C & ED and HKBPA to encourage and assist IP rights owners to combat infringements effectively by filing all the information and relevant documents about their rights before exhibitions. If an owner of an IP right identifies infringing goods in exhibitions, he/she can promptly react by reporting to C & ED through HKBPA. Officers of the C & ED will investigate basing on the information filed in our database and collect evidences of infringement in the exhibitions.
