Genuine Product Endorsement Scheme is a program according to the intellectual property documents. It introduces a unified indication to identify and certify products as "genuine" under the  related laws of intellectual property in Hong Kong. Genuine Mark can be used on the packing, menu, advertisement on the approved products, by printing, electronic and text format etc.

The scheme is held by Hong Kong Brands Protection Alliance Limited (HKBPA). The objective of HKBPA is to  maintain the protection of intellectual property rights of innovations from Hong Kong industries. The scheme is executed by CO division of The Chinese Manufacturers' Association of Hong Kong.
