Members from the Trade Associations can join HKBPA as Company Members by filing in an application form (download from http://www.hkbpa.org ).  Please submit the application form together with a copy of the business registration, name card and a company cheque (payable to “Hong Kong Brands Protection Alliance Limited”) to our office (Address: 1/F, CMA Building, 64-66 Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong).There are two kinds of membership: (1) General Membership: original price HK$4,000, 2023 Special Offer: HK$2,000 (Subsequent annual fee HK$1,000, membership valid from 1 Jan to 31 Dec). (2) Lifelong Membership: original price HK$15,000, 2023 Special Offer: HK$9,000. Non members from Trade Associations can apply for the membership of Corporate Members (please contact with HKBPA for details). Members join HKBPA in 2023 can waive the recordation fee of one product (price: HK$500).

Fast Action Scheme: 

Members can join the ‘Fast Action Scheme’ once application to HKBPA is accepted. Interested enterprises should file the application together with $500 registration fee to HKBPA through recognized solicitors (charges to be determined by respective solicitors). The whole procedure may take about 2 -3 weeks. Upon completion, HKBPA will file the reference number and relevant documents to our members.
